SOS Children's Villages, in collaboration with UNICEF and IMC, organized a youth panel at the "Sangue Novo" training center in honor of the International Day of the African Child. The theme of the day and the panel was: CHILDREN'S RIGHTS IN THE DIGITAL ENVIRONMENT. SOS girls participated in the panel, shared their experiences on social media and gave their opinions on how best to protect children and young people online. Our guests from UNICEF, IMC and local media visited the “Sangue Novo” center and received information about the training courses we offer to young people and the community. The reception was organized by our apprentice chefs and waiters and our students from the SOS polytechnic high school performed a traditional dance to welcome our guests.
