POSITION: TECHNICAL PROFESSIONAL TRAINER
SOS Children's Villages International is a global organization founded in 1949 to protect the interests and rights of children who have lost parental care and those at risk of losing it. SOS Children's Villages International works through member associations in 137 countries around the world.
The National Directorate of SOS Children's Villages in Guinea-Bissau through its Vocational Training Center " SANGUE NOVO EM CANCHUNGO” is looking to recruit one (1) cookery teacher, with immediate availability, to provide training for young people at the training center in Canchungo.
A COOKERY TRAINER FOR THE SOS TRAINING CENTER IN CANCHUNGO
Job Summary
The main role of the trainer is to give theoretical and practical lessons in the area of cooking and food hygiene.
Skills:
- At least 2 years' work experience in the education and training sector
- Good command of oral and written Portuguese
- Knowledge of learning mechanisms and techniques for young people
- Knowledge of teaching methodology
- Ability to plan training sessions and use pedagogical tools
- Proven competence in group animation
